## No Returns Policy

At GorgeousGirls Pickleball, we take great pride in the quality and design of our apparel. Each item is created with care, and many are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities specifically for our community.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

## 1. All Sales Are Final

GorgeousGirls Pickleball does not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

- Change of mind

- Wrong size selected

- Wrong color selected

- Buyer's remorse

- Gift not wanted

- Item did not meet expectations in appearance, fit, or feel (unless defective)

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges for these reasons.

## 2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during production or shipping. If you receive an item that is:

- Damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn, stained, or otherwise compromised)

- Defective (e.g., misprinted, flawed, or faulty construction)

### How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item

To be eligible for a replacement on a damaged or defective item, you must:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number in the subject line.

3. Provide clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

4. Include a brief description of the issue.

### Review Process

Once we receive your report and photos, we will:

- Review the issue within 2-3 business days

- Determine if the item qualifies as damaged or defective

- If approved, arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds or store credits for damaged or defective items. Our policy is to provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the exact item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable alternative.

## 3. Order Cancellations

### Before Shipping

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We begin processing orders quickly, but if your order has not yet entered production or shipping, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

### After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our No Returns policy above.

### Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery, marked as undeliverable, or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, the package will be considered abandoned. No refund or credit will be issued. You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs if you wish to receive the package at a corrected address.

## 4. Incorrect Address or Shipping Errors

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

- If you enter an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee delivery, and no refund or replacement will be provided for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

- If an order is returned to us because the courier could not deliver to the address provided, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have the item re-sent.
